Oh summer. The kids have only been out of school for a week, but I am relishing in the extra time & laid back days already. With this new schedule I’m renewing my intentions to eat a cruelty-free diet as much as possible. On the menu today, chana masala & vegan naan. Get in my belly!
Do you have a favorite vegan/vegetarian food blog you follow? I just found meal plans on ohmyveggies.com! Another favorite is minimalistbaker.com, and I frequently use my Thug Kitchen cookbook (partially for the bad words, but mostly for the recipes). 😉
